1οΈβ£ Prepare the Potatoes β Peel and grate the potatoes. Use a paper towel to squeeze out excess moisture.
2οΈβ£ Mix Ingredients β In a large bowl, combine grated potatoes, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, parmesan, eggs, flour, milk, melted butter, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
3οΈβ£ Cook the Mixture β Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Grease lightly and pour spoonfuls of the mixture onto the pan. Flatten slightly.
4οΈβ£ Flip & Serve β Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Serve warm with a sprinkle of chives or green onions!
