🛒 Ingredients:

For the Dough:

  • 2 ½ cups potatoes (about 500g, boiled and mashed)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (plus extra for dusting)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ tsp salt

For the Filling:

  • 10-12 small plums (or halved larger plums)
  • 3 tbsp sugar (traditionally brown or white)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

For the Coating:

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter (for toasting)
  • Powdered sugar (for serving, optional)
  • Sour cream (optional, for serving)
