Hungarian donuts, or fΓ‘nk, are light, fluffy, and slightly crispy on the outside, traditionally enjoyed with powdered sugar and jam. Perfect for a sweet treat!

2 1/4 teaspoons (7g) active dry yeast

3/4 cup (180ml) warm milk

1/4 cup (50g) sugar

1/4 cup (50g) butter, melted
