Ingredients
For the crepes:
- 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
- 1 cup (240 ml) milk
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) sparkling water
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon oil or melted butter
For the filling:
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 pound (450 g) ground beef or pork (or a mix)
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup (240 ml) chicken or beef stock
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) sour cream
For the sauce:
- 1 cup (240 ml) reserved cooking liquid from the meat filling
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) sour cream
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- Paprika for color (optional)
