Ingredients:
- 4 cups frozen or fresh corn kernels (about 4 ears of corn, husked and kernels removed)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (optional, for a little kick)
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley (for garnish, optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (optional for an added citrus note)
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Corn
- If using fresh corn, husk the corn and remove the kernels by slicing down the sides of each ear with a sharp knife.
- If using frozen corn, simply measure out 4 cups of kernels. There’s no need to thaw the frozen corn before cooking.
Step 2: Heat the Skillet
- Place a large skillet or frying pan on medium-high heat. Allow the pan to warm up for a minute or two.
