Here’s a delicious and easy pasta recipe


Creamy Garlic Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients

(Serves 4)

  • 300g (10 oz) pasta (spaghetti, penne, or fettuccine)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain, reserving about 1 cup of pasta water.

2. Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce

  1. In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  4. Let the mixture simmer for about 3-4 minutes until it starts to thicken.

3. Add Parmesan & Seasoning

  1. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts and the sauce becomes creamy.
  2. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.

4. Combine Pasta & Sauce

  1. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat the pasta evenly.
  2. If the sauce is too thick, add some reserved pasta water a little at a time until you reach the desired consistency.

5. Serve

  1. Plate the pasta and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
  2. (Optional) Add extra grated Parmesan or a sprinkle of crushed red pepper for some heat.
