- Fold & Seal – Fold the puff pastry over the filling like a pocket or roll it up into a log. Seal the edges by pressing them with a fork.
- Egg Wash – Brush the top with beaten egg for a golden, crispy finish.
- Bake – Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
- Serve – Let cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy warm with a side of honey mustard or a fresh salad!
