Ham And Cheese Pancakes

Instructions :

1. Prepare the crepe dough:

In a large bowl, pour the flour and make a well in the center.

Crack the eggs in the well and start mixing gently with a whip.

Add the milk little by little while whipping to avoid lumps.

Then add the melted butter, a pinch of salt and a spoonful of sugar (if you prefer a slightly sweet batter).

Leave pancake batter rest for about 30 minutes at room temperature.

2. Cuire les crêpes :

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.

Pour a small amount of dough into the frying pan, tilting the frying pan to spread the dough across the entire surface.
