Ham And Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients for the pancakes:

250g of flour

2 eggs

500 ml de lait

1 c. canned sugar (optional, for slightly sweet pancakes)

1 pinch of salt

30g melted butter (for the batter)

Ingredients for the filling:

150g grated cheese (Emmental, Gruyere or cheese of your choice)

200g ham (cut into pieces or thin slices)

30g butter (for cooking)

200g cream (for a creamy side)

Salt and pepper (to taste)
