Cinnamon Sugar Autumn Loaf – The Perfect Fall Treat 🍂

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat & Prep – Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

2️⃣ Make the Cinnamon Swirl – In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.

3️⃣ Prepare the Batter – In a large bowl, cream together butter and white sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.

4️⃣ Combine Dry Ingredients – In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder. Gradually mix this into the wet ingredients until well combined.

5️⃣ Assemble the Loaf – Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture on top. Add the remaining batter and finish with the rest of the cinnamon sugar. Use a knife to swirl the cinnamon mixture into the batter for a marbled effect.

6️⃣ Bake & Cool – Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
